Refund Policy

At Hotel Padmaling, all bookings are subject to the booking terms, cancellation policy, and payment policy applicable at the time of reservation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms mentioned below.

Refund Eligibility: 

  • Refunds will be applicable only when a booking is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.

    If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total bill will be applied. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

    If cancellation is made between 14 days and 8 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total bill will be applied. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

    If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation charge of 100% of the total bill will be applied, and no refund will be issued.

No Show Refund Policy: 

  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing: 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway processing cycle.

Non Refundable Cases:

  • No refund will be applicable in the following cases:

    Early check-out after arrival
    No-show on the scheduled arrival date
    Cancellation made 7 days or less before arrival
    Bookings marked as non-refundable or special-rate bookings, if applicable
    Any situation where the hotel is unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events

Booking Amendments: 

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any amendment request must be confirmed by Hotel Padmaling.
